So it's that time of season, Fall! Some clients didn't mind saying goodbye to Summer. As seasons change, our body muscles react as well. Don't be suprised with some pain hurting in your body. It's just a muscle reacting to the season changing. Most favorite seasons of people are Spring and Fall. Some prefer winter. It's all o.k. Why is the  most common reason, people have a favorite season?  People don't want to deal with body muscle pain or discomforts.  

This season welcomes the start of allergy season, and other health issues.  More of us getting sick. So watch out and take care of yourselves. Fall can feel like it's summer, and all of a sudden can feel like the start of winter. It's important to help our bodies be healthy. We never know when a strong shooting pain can occur. Take advanatage of getting a massage so your body can be detoxified of all the toxins in the body. This will help with lowering health issues. Stress, tension, less sleep, headaces, muscle pain, and nerve inflamation.   

Now that fall is in the present, we are wanting to get much things done. Things the summer couldn't let us do because of the heat. Setting new goals is a good example. Hobbies are always important to the human body to keep the muscles strong and healthy. For example, going to the gym. Yoga, walking and mediation. Getting a massage will also help your body stay healthy.

Why not pre pare some healthier hobbies?  Let's prepare in a healthier way? When was the last time you got a massage? If you think massages are all about indulgence, think again. Regularly scheduling your massage will bring plenty of benefits to the mind and body. Drinking water is so helpful to drink after a massage because it helps to continue to detoxify your body. Keeping muscles hydrated, will help not feel aches and pains. Here are some reasons why you should get a massage.  A massage will help improve moods. It's like getting out of the shower, with body work done. Increasing the immunity in the body. Dealing with  aches, pains, and strains. Won't have to deal with that more often. Your body will have a more stronger immune system. Combat seasonal allergies, stress, anxiety, tension, and other health illnesses. A massage will most likely improve your sleep.

If you have allergies, when you get a massage; it will definitely bring your immune system back up. Why? The reason is we are breathing all those germs into our bodies from the polluted air which causes health concerns and issues. Once your immune system is feeling stronger, it will be able to fight off the disease. You will feel more energy, and activity.

Set your life worries aside from the world; forget about everything and relax. Your mind will be ready to start thinking and focusing better. There will be less brain fog. When you get a massage, the body is properly exfoliated. The muscles get a good stretch, for more flexibility. More mobility in the joint. Pain will go away in the nerve. 

Going to a massage therapist for a massage: you will have better sleep. A client will sometimes feel sleepy after a massage. This is because, you have become relaxed. The body feels rejuvenated, because the dead skin cells are removed. The next new skin cells are pushed up from the dermis and hypodermis layers. It will feel like your skin pores are unclogged all over again. Remember the body needs to have healthy immune and lymphatic systems. 

A massage will help a client with reduced pain in the muscle. Muscles just get too tight when overused. They can get tight for other reasons. If we don't do enough activity during the day, blood clots can be created. This can make your muscle get tight, and the nerve swell.  It's a good reason to get a massage if you're in sports, or going to the gym actively. This will help your muscles stay hydrated. It will be less of a chance to get a muscle strain because your muscles are strong and hydrated. There are no signs of a trigger point. Always make sure to drink water. So to be coming a massage that will help you melt off all the knotty areas on your body. This massage is called heated scraper massage. The heated scraper will help anyone with pain. This massage is really helpful for those who are in sports.

So I can't help out to squeeze you in at the last minute for a massage.

So, do gift certificates make a nice gift? Many people wish they could enjoy more frequent massages, they just have difficulty managing the cost. Paying for a massage session can feel like a splurge. Especially. For those in your life, who could use a little extra pampering and self-care. A massage gift certificate makes a caring and thoughtful present. The person receiving the gift certificate, will feel so thankful, and rewarded. Don't forget someone's birthday! Seasonal Gift certificates are great for Valentines Day coming ahead.

The best-suggested advice is that there is a therapy massage process of 4 sessions. The first massage that will be given and recommended to a client is a Swedish relaxing massage. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th will depend on how well the client's body muscles and nerves loosen up. The purpose of this massage, is so the client can feel more relaxed and understand the importance of the body’s blood circulating all through the body. If the body's skin, muscle tissues, and nerves loosen up by the 2nd therapy session, I recommend a much fuller relaxing massage without less pain. Once the therapy is completed, I advise them to come back monthly.  Depending on how the client feels; he/she needs a massage;  my main goal is for the client to be satisfied 100% with their massage. All 4 sessions of this therapy aren't required to be completed.

Beyond up above; all the benefits, some people enjoy massages because it often produces a feeling of caring, comfort, relaxation, and connection. Despite the benefits of a massage, it's not meant as a replacement for a regular medical cure. It can help with lowering blood pressure, relaxing muscles improves flexibility and range of motion, promotes deeper and easier breathing, relief of headaches, strengthening the immune system, enhances postoperative rehabilitation, and improves rehabilitation after injury. There are different productive massages that can work on you.
