The best-suggested advice is that there is a therapy massage process of 4 sessions. The first massage that will be given and recommended to a client is a Swedish relaxing massage. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th will depend on how well the client's body muscles and nerves loosen up. The purpose of this massage is so the client can feel more relaxed and understand the importance of the body’s blood circulating all through the body. If the body's skin, muscle tissues, and nerves loosen up by the 2nd therapy session, I recommend a much fuller, relaxing massage with less pain. Once the therapy is completed, I advise them to come back monthly. Depending on how the client feels, he/she need a massage; my main goal is for the client to be satisfied 100% with their massage. All 4 sessions of this therapy don't need to be completed.
