 - Relaxing/Swedish Massage -

A body massage is used to discover and feel how it is an effective natural healing aid.  It will make you relax, help smooth away stress, begin to start unwanted knotted tense muscles,  relieve headaches, and help with w/sleeping problems.  During the beginning and end of this session, there will be a type of exfoliation treatment therapy included. This will help the body's muscles relax much faster and remove the dead skin cells that the MT will work on.  This type of treatment is included in all the massage therapy sessions.

This massage is fast-paced and can be given before, in between, and after an event. It warms up muscles and connective tissue. It also recovers,  increases flexibility,  and helps prevent injury. This session usually lasts up to 15-30 minutes.

- Deep Tissue -$25.00  extra fee charge

It's a full-body massage and focuses most on your tight back.  The Massage therapist will apply more pressure to the body, using massage strokes and the elbow. The client will feel pain as they reveal unrecognized muscle knots.  A natural therapeutic massage machine, named PURE-WAVE by PADO, is used to help penetrate the muscles and provide relief after deep body work is completed. Chiropractors and Massage therapists use this machine. The MT will help you use techniques to help do away with active trigger points.  A trigger point is a tender point in soft tissue that radiates or refers pain to distant areas.  The client most likely feels sore by the next day. It's very recommended for the client to relax and drink water after a massage. This way, the body isn't feeling too tired the next day.

- Hot Stone -$10.00 extra fee charge

A natural and effective way to relax. The stones are believed to balance and ground the body, harmonizing the essential connection between the body and the mind. The heat in the stones also allows the MT to work the muscles more deeply without some of the discomforts that are sometimes associated with deep tissue massage.  The stones are called Basalt stones and are found in rivers or the ocean.

- Orthopedic cupping -$10.00 extra fee charge

An hourly massage focuses mostly on the back. The MT gives a massage to the client using orthopedic cupping.  The cup is partially vacuumed and is put on the skin by suction.  This treatment is similar to Chinese Cupping. The only difference is that the cup is not heated. The cup has a stronger suction, and it's less likely to come off the skin.   These cups can be put on the other parts of the body professionally. For example, the thigh, calf, arm, or forearm. This treatment provides deeper tissue and can get into the muscle more deeply.  This massage can be a little painful if trying it for the first time. The lymphatic system will be stimulated to start to help remove toxins. Blood circulation will begin to normalize and deliver strong hydration to the muscles.

- Orthopedic cupping/3 yoga stretches for lower back pain-$20.00 extra fee charge

For example, the thigh, calf, arm, or forearm. While the cup is on the body, yoga stretches will be guided and applied. The stretch of yoga will help boost the tight muscles and get that extra stretch. - Facial exfoliation Skin Massage -$15.00 extra fee charge

It's important to exfoliate any part of the body, but the face is one of the easiest important parts. The reason is that the skin cells protect our body, and make vitamin D. When the sun shines on our face, it creates vitamin D in our body, and it's important to the health of the bones, muscles, nerves, and other organs in the body. During the winter, our bodies don't get as much sun as needed, so it starts to look dull and unhealthy, with no energy.  Because it removes the dead skin cells from the face, it lets the newer, fresher skin cells on top.  The human body sheds around 30,00 to 40,000  dead skin cells each minute.  Exfoliation is included during the session, with a special exfoliation soft brush. The client will receive a 30-minute massage on the face, head, and neck muscles. The face will feel different, it will feel stimulation, smoother, and relaxing, and concentration will be better. No more headaches, pain, laziness, or sickness.  This time frame is 30 minutes.
